Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once shipped, allow another 3-8 business days for shipping within the USA. Oh My Heart Crystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

Once the package is placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service, Oh My Heart Crystals is no longer responsible for the package.  Please follow up with the USPS with any questions or concerns.
